Ahmedabad, 14th September 2025:
The Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM), Ahmedabad Branch, inaugurated the preparations for its flagship event NATCOM 2025 with a tree plantation drive organized on the eve of World Ozone Day. A total of 1,000 saplings were planted to offset the carbon emissions expected from the conference, reaffirming IIMM’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
The initiative saw enthusiastic participation from members and officials, all donning specially designed T-shirts and caps. Senior dignitaries present at the event included:

They emphasized that tree plantation is a noble tribute to nature, and if every organization adopts such practices, it will significantly benefit the environment and future generations.
