Guests are invited to embark on a royal gastronomic journey through the heart of Rajasthan, with authentic delicacies representing the vibrant culinary tapestry of both Mewar and Marwar regions. From the earthy tang of Ker Sangri and the spiced richness of Gatte Ki Sabzi to the festive indulgence of Dal Baati Churma and the fiery allure of Laal Maas — every dish promises to tell a story of heritage, flavour, and celebration.
Sweet lovers can look forward to traditional treats like Ghewar, while meat connoisseurs will enjoy the exquisitely grilled Lamb Chops — all served in a regal setting curated for an unforgettable dining experience.
Speaking about the festival, Executive Chef Somnath Deb shared, “With ‘Mewar to Marwar,’ we’ve recreated the grandeur of Rajasthani royal kitchens.
