Ahmedabad: The Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM), Ahmedabad branch, has appointed its new office bearers for the year and reiterated its commitment to advancing awareness in the field of critical care.
Dr. Mehul Solanki was appointed as Chairman of ISCCM Ahmedabad, with Dr. Amrish Patel and Dr. Amit Prajapati taking over as Secretary and Treasurer, respectively. The committee members for the year are Dr. Vivek Dave, Dr. Divyang Dalvadi, Dr. Brijesh Patel, Dr. Mansi Dandnaik, Dr. Ritesh Patel, Dr. Saumil Sanghvi, Dr. Minesh Patel, and Dr. Nirav Visavadia.

As a secretary of isccm Ahmedabad. My vision to spread knowledge about crirical care in community via various activities like CPR activities in school children , Educate senior citizens about role of critical care specialists by talk show in parks, also planning for education activities in medical colleges by CME program. Also planning for wealth management activities for doctors and also planning for stay fit and be healthy competition for doctors.
Established in 2006, ISCCM Ahmedabad has been actively engaged in organising academic activities for medical students, practising doctors, and the public. Continuing this tradition, the branch conducted its first monthly Continuing Medical Education (CME) session of the year.
The session, attended by over 50 doctors, included the felicitation of senior professionals for their contributions to critical care medicine. The CME session also featured an insightful talk by Dr. Varun Patel on “Nebulisation Therapy for ICU Patients”, an important topic for improving patient outcomes.
